How do I bid?
Easy! Just go to our current auction, create an account and start bidding!
 
If I put a max bid will it put the current bid to my max?
No, the max bid feature is like letting the computer bid for you. If you set your max to $100 and the person you're bidding against has their max at $50 then the current bid would be right above $50 and you would be winning.
 
I put a bid in but I am not winning?
This happens when someone has a max above your entry. If the item doesn't highlight green and say you're winning then you've been out bid.
 
How often are your auctions?
We do auctions weekly starting on Mondays and ending on Saturday at 10am. We send out a text blast once all the items for that week have been listed, we use the number on your HiBid account.
 
What condition are the items in your auctions?
We have new, new with some damage, returns, and used items. If the item is anything other than new we put that in the description. All returns and used items are at the end of the auction and have an asterisk (*) at the beginning of the title along with notes in the description.
 
Do you accept returns?
We only offer returns if the items are not as described. If you end up getting buyer’s remorse, we can take items back but there is a 25% restocking fee. For returns you must contact us regarding your return within 24 hours of picking up your items. Please see our full return policy for more information.
 
Do you ship?
We do shipping but you must inform us you want shipping! We highly recommend you inquire for a shipping quote on larger items. You must contact us for shipping quotes no later than Fridays at 2pm.
 
Do you do pallet sales or Buy it Now?
We do offer pallet sales, entire truck load sales, and buy it now on select items we have multiples of. Please check our website for buy it now options. For pallet or truck sales please contact us.
 
Can I preview items before auction close?
Absolutely! We are open Wednesday-Thursday 10am-5pm and Friday 10am-3pm for preview. Please contact us before leaving and have lot numbers you want to look at before arrival.
 
Can someone else pick up my items?
Yes, but we ask that you email or text their name and have them bring an ID for pickup.
 
Should I bring help?
If you have items that are large and/or are over 100lbs please bring assistance, the proper vehicle and your own straps or tie downs if necessary.
